Plain-language terms for using Traction Keeper.

Traction Keeper (“Traction Keeper”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Traction Keeper website and software. By accessing or using Traction Keeper, you agree to these terms.
Traction Keeper is currently an early access product. The software is functional and actively used, but it is still evolving. By using it during this phase, you understand and accept that.
Features may change, improve, or be removed as we learn what works. We will communicate significant changes to active users directly, but the product you use today may look and behave differently over time. That is intentional.
Bugs and interruptions may occur. We work to resolve them quickly, but early access means encountering the product before it is fully hardened. If you experience something broken or unexpected, please let us know.
We actively want feedback from early access users. Your observations, suggestions, and reactions shape what we build next. If you share an idea with us, we may use it to improve the product. Sharing feedback does not transfer any ownership rights to Traction Keeper, and we have no obligation to implement suggestions or provide compensation for ideas we choose to pursue.
You agree to use Traction Keeper for its intended purpose — tracking and evaluating your own marketing channel experiments — and not to:

Traction Keeper gives you a structured process for making better marketing decisions. It does not guarantee that you will find a marketing channel that works, that your experiments will succeed, or that using the product will result in business growth. Outcomes depend on your effort, your market, and factors outside our control.
We are not marketing consultants. We do not review your strategy or tell you which channel to invest in. The process is the product. The decisions are yours.
During early access, we do not offer uptime guarantees or a service-level agreement. We work to keep the product available, but scheduled maintenance, unexpected issues, or active development may cause temporary outages.
Early access is provided without charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, early access users will be notified before any billing begins. No automatic billing will occur without your explicit consent.
To create an account, you need an invite code provided by us directly. Invite codes are issued one per person and are not transferable.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@tractionkeeper.com.
The channel data, experiments, results, and notes you enter in Traction Keeper belong to you. We do not claim ownership of content you create using the product.
You grant us permission to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your private experiment data for marketing or share it with third parties outside of what is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Traction Keeper software, design, copy, and documentation are owned by Traction Keeper. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
Your account and experiment data belongs to you. If you close your account, you can request an export of your data before it is deleted.
Traction Keeper is built around the Bullseye Framework, which was developed by Gabriel Weinberg and Justin Mares and described in their book Traction. We did not invent the Bullseye Framework. We built software that operationalizes it.
The names, concepts, and structure of the Bullseye Framework — including the Explore, Test, and Focus rings — originate with Weinberg and Mares. If you use Traction Keeper, you are encouraged to read Traction directly.
To the extent permitted by law, Traction Keeper is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product — including loss of data, lost business, or missed opportunities — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the product is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim. During early access, when no payment is required, that amount is zero.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify early access users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the product after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
