Traction Keeper (“Traction Keeper”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Traction Keeper website and software — an early-access marketing strategy tool for founders. This policy describes how we handle information you share when you visit this site or use the Traction Keeper application.

• Information you give us directly — your name, email address, and answers to form questions when you request early access or contact us.

Early access form submissions

When you submit the early access request form, we collect your name, email address, and the answers you provide about your current marketing situation and 90-day goals. We use this information to evaluate whether Traction Keeper is the right fit for you and to follow up personally.

We do not add you to any automated marketing sequences from a form submission alone. If you apply and we reach out, it is a real person responding to your specific answers.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Review early access applications and follow up with applicants
• Provide and improve the Traction Keeper product
• Communicate with you about your account, experiments, or feedback
